Security Deposit
Vesper Apartments has a $500 security deposit. This is a refundable deposit. Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.
Parking
We offer gated underground parking for our residents at $200 per month and motorcycle parking for $75 per month. Click here to read more about available parking in the area.
Additional Storage
An additional storage space is available for our residents at $75 per month.
Pets
Four-legged friends are welcome at Vesper Apartments!
Vesper Apartments has a maximum of $300 pet deposit. This is a refundable deposit.
Up to two pets are allowed per home (example: two dogs or two cats, or if you are brave, one dog and one cat).
There is an additional $50 per month charge/per pet.
We’re sorry, we do have a weight restriction on dogs and some breed restrictions. Not all residents are comfortable with some breeds of dogs and we want to be respectful of that. Please ask the property manager for more information.
