We believe being green creates a sensible and livable environment for everyone. Saving resources and reducing our impact on the environment is a concern for us and our residents.  We developed the EcoLogic sustainability program to implement and track green initiatives in an effort to reduce energy and water consumption, promote recycling, improve indoor air quality and increase green awareness for healthier and greener communities.

EcoLogic Initiatives:

Energy and Water Conservation
As an Energy Star Partner, we are improving energy and water efficiency through utility benchmarking, fixture and equipment retrofits, and the specification of efficient products.

Indoor Air Quality
We are improving indoor air quality at our communities by eliminating individual sources of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and by establishing and implementing clean air best practices.

Waste Management
We are reducing our impact on landfills through on-site recycling programs, the specification of durable products that contain post-consumer material as well as implementing waste reduction best practices.

Green Awareness
We are committed to increasing the awareness and adoption of healthy and sustainable best practices at our communities through the development and implementation of resident and on-site staff education and communication.
